Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Fond du Lac, WI clinic. The role requires assisting the dermatologist in patient visits and maintaining a friendly, efficient environment.

The position includes travel to the Chilton clinic and a full-time schedule with diverse duties. Responsibilities include rooming patients, scribing, basic wound care, drawing blood, and assisting in dermatology procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office experience preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent; Derm Tech is a plus.
• Must maintain state certifications, licenses, or registrations.
• Willingness to travel to other clinic locations as needed.
• Proficient with computer systems, MS Office and EMR.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital information.
• Scribe for the dermatologist.
• Provide post‑op wound care.
• Draw blood and remove sutures.
• Clean and stock exam rooms and schedule appointments.
• Assist with procedures: biopsies, Mohs, phototherapy, injections and related tasks.
