Forefront Dermatology in Wisconsin is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology visits. You will room patients, scribe for the dermatologist, perform post-op wound care, draw blood, and help maintain clean, stocked exam rooms while coordinating appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum post high-school education in a medical support field.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred; DERM Tech certification is a plus.
• Must maintain current state certifications, licenses and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and documents all vital information
• Scribing information for the dermatologist
• Providing post op wound care to patients
• Drawing blood and suture removal
• Cleaning and stocking the exam rooms
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Assisting the dermatologist with procedures such as biopsies, Mohs surgery, phototherapy
