Job summary

Kaminska Dermatology is seeking certified medical assistants for part-time and full-time roles at two Chicago locations: River North and North Center. Ideal candidates are self-starters who are punctual, reliable and friendly, with dermatology experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include patient records, exam-room prep, basic procedures, calling patients with results, and assisting with front desk tasks. Occasional remote work may occur as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a medical field.
• Familiarity working with medical equipment.
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Certifications and licenses that apply.
• Dermatology experience.
• Phlebotomy, Cosmetic and Research is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain patient records.
• Set up and sanitize of exam rooms.
• Complete basic routine medical procedures.
• Provide consistent exceptional service.
• Answer phones and call patients with results.
• Cross train with front desk and assist as needed.
• Prior Authorizations.
• Assist with medical and surgical procedures.
• Scribe and order prescriptions.
