Pinehurst Dermatology in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered team. You will support providers, record vitals, assist during exams, manage instruments, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.

We value accuracy, confidentiality, and strong communication. A high school diploma is required and Medical Assistant certification is preferred; prior clinical experience and proficiency with EHR are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting is desirable.
• Understanding of medical terminology, especially in dermatology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with patients and staff.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic office applications is a plus.

What You’ll Do
