QualDerm Partners in Horsham, PA is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dermatology and aesthetics team. You will prepare patients, assist physicians, perform basic lab tests, and manage records while ensuring patient confidentiality and excellent care.

This role offers growth in a collaborative, patient-focused environment across our Horsham and Philadelphia locations. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, CMA certification preferred, and experience with EHR systems;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification as Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices.
• Ensure the examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
• May participate in supporting the clinic's social media presence and community engagement as directed.
