Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies between patients.
• Escort patients, check vitals, and record visit details.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as minor surgeries.
• Prepare specimens for outside lab and submit results.
• Schedule on-site and off-site tests and track results.
• Facilitate referrals by contacting offices and coordinating tests.
• Contact labs and pharmacies for test results and prescriptions.
• Pre-certify medications and referrals with insurers; document numbers.
• Manage inventory and order replenishments for back office.
• Disinfect exam rooms and lab; maintain confidentiality and safety.
• Communicate with physician and office manager on operational issues.
