Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work with electronic medical records as primary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensures an excellent patient experience with all interactions (phone, in person, online).
• Documents patient information accurately; notes completed on the same day as visits.
• Prepares patients for examination and treatment; records history and vital signs.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures; administers injections as directed.
• Resolves patient questions in a timely manner; supports scheduling tests and referrals.
