QualDerm Partners in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dermatology team. You will prepare patients for exams, assist physicians, perform basic lab tests, and manage records while educating patients on skincare and treatment plans.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology-related practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with EHR systems and general office software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures, ensuring instruments are available.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• May assist with social media presence and community engagement as directed.
