Job summary

Saguaro Dermatology in Ahwatukee, AZ is seeking a Medical Assistant I to support front and back office operations in a busy dermatology clinic. You will deliver safe, compassionate patient care under a provider's direction while maintaining clinical and administrative tasks.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, regular full-time. Salary ranges from $20.75 to $23.00 hourly, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
• Experience as a scribe and in dermatology is preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR and clinical workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and assist provider as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms for exams and procedures.
• Perform routine room cleaning and equipment checks.
• Assist with scanning paperwork and uploading to EMR.
• Record patient history, medications, and allergies in EMR.
• Reinforce doctors' instructions on procedures and results.
