Job summary

Intracoastal Dermatology seeks a Medical Assistant to support providers and ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced dermatology clinic. The role includes preparing patients, assisting during consults and minor procedures, and maintaining EMR records.

Qualifications

• Preferred Medical Assistant certification or CST license or LPN.
• Hands-on clinical experience; dermatology or surgical setting preferred.
• Willing to train right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during patient visits and procedures.
• Greet and prep patients for examinations and treatments.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Document patient history and manage records in EMR.
• Handle simple prescriptions and schedule follow-ups.
