Schweiger is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant for our Flatiron Office to perform high-quality clinical, medical, and clerical tasks in a medical setting. You will assist physicians in procedures, record treatments, prep exam rooms, and support daily operations within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience required.
• Nationally Certified Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician in medical, cosmetic and laser procedures.
• Record prescribed treatments, medications, biopsies, cultures, photos, prescriptions and prior authorizations.
• Prep rooms before and after patients and ensure equipment works.
• Manage daily inventory and restock supplies; alert for low levels.
• Provide patient education and post-care instructions as needed.
