Qualifications

• Provides nursing care under supervision of RNs and Providers.
• Administers prescribed medications, treatments, immunizations, and collects specimens within scope of practice per state laws.
• Gathers patient history and communicates findings to Providers.
• Documents care activities accurately in the medical record.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in person, via telephone and telehealth under supervision.
• Performs tasks delegated by Providers and RNs.
• Screens history and health information and communicates plan.
• Convey Provider instructions and plan of care to patients.
