• Greet patients, escort to exam room, take vital signs, and collect relevant information.
• Sterilizes and prepares instruments; keeps exam rooms clean and ready for patients.
• Maintains inventory and stocks supplies for all exam rooms.
• Manages inventory paperwork and reviews orders for completeness.
• Requests referrals and insurance authorizations and coordinates with pharmacies, hospitals, and labs.
