Job summary

The one-year post-doctoral fellowship at MUSC Health is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed for a field-based medical affairs career. Fellows spend substantial time with SkinCeuticals, gaining hands-on experience in industry insights and medical communications in dermatology.

They will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, participate in advisory boards and IIT/CSS reviews, and prepare for leadership roles within the biopharmaceutical sector in

Qualifications

• Completed Doctor of Pharmacy, Medicine, or Philosophy degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in pursuing a biopharmaceutical industry career.
• US work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong foundational background in dermatologic therapeutics.
• Communicate advanced scientific data to varied audiences.
• Engage with TLs, HCPs, and institutions to foster partnerships.
• Collaborate across SkinCeuticals/L’Oréal and internal teams.
• Support advisory boards and investigator-initiated studies reviews.
• Attend relevant scientific meetings and contribute to education.
