Job summary

295 Aurora Advanced Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a full-time Scribe/Medical Assistant at the Menomonee Falls Dermatology clinic. The role includes assisting clinicians, documenting visits in the EMR, rooming patients, and performing basic lab procedures.

Training is provided, with pay range $22.90–$34.35 per hour and benefits eligibility. Hours total 32 per week, with clinic days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; some flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• LPN or MA certification required.
• Proficient with EMR systems and common office software.
• Strong verbal and written communication; build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician/clinician in documenting patient visits in EMR to improve flow and productivity.
• Communicate clearly with patients to ensure understanding of the scribe role and care steps.
• Prepare and room patients, collect vitals, and document health information.
• Perform routine lab procedures using aseptic technique and infection control guidelines.
• Assist in procedures and surgeries as directed by clinician, including exams and testing.
• Administer routine medications under supervision and provide patient education.
