Job summary
VCU Health's Dermatology Clinic at Stony Point in Richmond, VA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient care in dermatology, assist with treatments and documentation, and collaborate with RNs and physicians.
The role requires Virginia LPN licensure, BLS, and graduation from a Board of Nursing approved Practical Nursing program; shifts include evenings with weekends/holidays, and onsite parking is provided.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a Board of Nursing approved School of Practical Nursing.
- LPN licensure in Virginia or eligibility.
- Current Virginia LPN licensure and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Follow physician/licensed independent provider orders and established practice guidelines.
- Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for interactions.
- Document care and contribute to the multidisciplinary plan of care.
- Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
