Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health is seeking an LPN for our Dermatology team in Tampa, FL. You will provide and document individualized patient care, including evaluation, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient education under the direction of the RN or provider.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm schedule. The role requires a Florida nursing license, BLS certification, and successful completion of an IV therapy course.

Qualifications

• Current Florida nursing license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Successful completion of a 30-hour IV therapy course within 30 days of hire (inpatient/SNF).

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents individualized patient care under RN or provider direction.
• Administers oral and injectable medications as directed.
• Performs IV therapy and related treatments.
• Documents patient data and education per guidelines.
• Maintains patient safety and unit environment.
• Communicates patient status to the healthcare team.
• Participates in perioperative anesthesia support as applicable.
