Job summary

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health in Tampa, FL is seeking an LPN for the Dermatology department. The role involves providing and documenting individualized patient care, assisting RNs and providers during procedures, and ensuring patient safety and education. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Required are Florida nursing licensure, successful completion of an IV therapy course within 30 days of hire, and current BLS certification. Growth and benefits are highlighted in the program offerings.

Qualifications

• Nursing license in the State of Florida (active)
• Successful completion of a 30-hour IV therapy course within 30 days of hire (inpatient/SNF)
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification

Responsibilities

• Provide and document individualized patient care as directed by RN or provider
• Assist with examinations and procedures
• Administer medications per LPN scope
• Maintain patient safety and patient data documentation
• Communicate patient information to the healthcare team
