Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies preferred.
• Typing speed around 40 wpm.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel required.
• Personable, dependable with strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient and timely patient check-in and rooming.
• Greet patients professionally and provide necessary forms.
• Verify insurance IDs and driver licenses; assist front office tasks.
• Support Office Manager and business admins in operations.
• Pull and file patient records; handle calls and scheduling support.
• Assist with new patient chart setup and other duties as assigned.
