Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical computer programs.
• Experience with insurance policies is preferred.
• Typing speed 40 wpm.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel required.
• Personable, dependable and responsible with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with impeccable customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations.
• Facilitate efficient patient check-in and documentation flow.
• Distribute forms and collect information with accuracy.
• Copy insurance IDs and licenses and support other office tasks.
• Assist Office Manager and front office admins as needed.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with patients by phone.
