Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Specialty Representative, Dermatology to cover Charleston, WV and surrounding areas. You will drive sales in immunology-focused dermatology therapies, execute brand plans, and build strong customer relationships to maximize patient access and outcomes.

Responsibilities include delivering sales performance and KPIs, creating pre-call plans, handling objections, and collaborating with the field team. Travel about 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of selling and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets in the territory.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance.
• Develop relationships with physicians, pharmacists and other customers.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with brand and field teams.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers.
