Takeda is seeking a Field Access Manager to support providers and patients in the Phoenix dermatology territory. This field-based role focuses on navigating reimbursement, payer strategies, and access pathways to ensure timely therapy delivery.

You will educate providers, collaborate with healthcare organizations, and partner with internal teams on complex access issues. Travel up to 75% within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years field-based experience in account management, sales, or medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement landscape and practice management.
• Ability to develop and execute account-based strategies for patient access outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Expertise in account management, relationship development, and issue resolution.
• Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Optimize Patient Access by guiding providers on reimbursement and access challenges.
• Deliver field-based reimbursement education to physicians and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with healthcare organizations to resolve access issues.
• Educate and support internal teams on reimbursement and access scenarios.
• Monitor policy, reimbursement trends, and regulatory requirements.
