Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three years of experience in program planning or project management required.
• Experience in policy development and fiscal management required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• TAGME certification required within three years for Graduate Medical Education roles without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates initial and ongoing development of education programs.
• Recommends new programs and technology based on evaluation and needs assessment.
• Participates in annual community education planning aligned with strategic priorities.
• Collaborates with Marketing and hospital leaders to raise program visibility.
• Maintains up-to-date information on the Web and reports accurately.
• Coordinates evaluation of education programs and aggregates data for analysis.
• Manages files/databases and tracking of improvements and expenses.
• Plans meetings and supports professional development activities.
