Job summary

Frontier Dermatology invites skilled professionals to join our team as a District Supervisor, overseeing clinical and front desk operations across multiple locations in Washington. The role includes managing MA, front desk staff, scheduling, recruitment support, coaching, and ensuring adherence to policies while traveling between Mill Creek, Everett, Monroe, and Arlington.

Typical schedule is Mon–Fri 8:00am–5:00pm; salary range $80,168–$85,000 with benefits including health insurance, 401k

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting or 3 years admin healthcare experience.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN program; or current MA credential/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of clinical and front desk services.
• Directs front desk and clinical staff across district locations and ensures staffing coverage.
• Coordinates scheduling, time off requests and timecards; supports recruitment and HR processes.
• Mentors training for Clinical and Front Desk staff and conducts annual performance evaluations.
• Ensures clinical services comply with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
• Drives operational improvements and effective patient care in collaboration with District Manager.
