Job summary

Providence is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for our Dermatology team to provide advanced clinical and administrative support. The role covers front and back-office duties, including patient intake, vital signs, EKGs, and telehealth.

Strong documentation, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance are essential. The candidate will support onboarding, share knowledge, and model best practices, with potential relocation from Everett to Bellevue in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with hands-on clinical training as a medical assistant.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 6 months healthcare experience.
• Minimum 6 months Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and perform clinical procedures.
• Administer injections and medications per protocol.
• ECGs and point-of-care testing.
• Scheduling, authorizations, and telehealth support.
