Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; additional education may substitute for required experience, and additional related experience may substitute for required education beyond a high school diploma or graduation equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of a clinical research study to ensure adherence to protocol and validity of findings.
• Assist with preparation of IRB submissions and liaise with IRB on administrative matters.
• Explain study background and rationale to participants and obtain informed consent.
• Recruit participants using multiple strategies and scheduling of required activities and tests.
• Collaborate with nurses, coordinators, principal investigators and other staff to execute protocol-related activities.
• Oversee data collection, data entry, and maintenance of study records; monitor budget expenditures.
