Job summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a Dermatology Clinical Tech to support our team in Franklin, TN. You will provide clinical and administrative assistance under the supervision of a Dermatology Provider, delivering compassionate care and maintaining an organized, compliant patient environment.

The role includes triage, room preparation, minor procedures support, patient education, and coordinated communication with the dermatology team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR certification preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse with active CPR.
• Ability to learn dermatology workflows and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Strong patient service orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by recording vitals and obtaining pertinent clinical history.
• Assist dermatology provider in assessments and examinations.
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment; operate autoclave.
• Educate patients on skin care, treatments, and post-procedure care.
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy; perform phlebotomy and lab tests.
• Manage wound care and suture removal; assist phototherapy setup.

Education

High School Diploma or its equivalent

Certified MA/LPN/RN with CPR license
