Alcanza Clinical Research seeks a Principal Investigator for its Kansas City, MO site. You will oversee daily clinical trial activities in compliance with ICH/FDA/GCP, protocols, and company policies, guiding the site through study delivery and patient safety.

The role requires an MD/DO with dermatology board certification, strong leadership, and the ability to work with sponsors and cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kansas City.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active license in the state of practice is required.
• Board certification in Dermatology required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct and coordinate daily clinical trial activities per ICH/FDA/GCP and local regulations.
• Lead site operations to enhance efficiency, safety, and protocol compliance.
• Assess participant eligibility and enrollment.
• Deliver and retain study participants through engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with sponsors, clients and team members.
• Ensure accurate data recording and adherence to protocols and HIPAA.
