Job summary

Lexington Clinic Dermatology is seeking a Clinical Assistant Scribe to join the patient care team. You will perform a variety of patient care activities and assist dermatology section providers under the supervision of the Clinical Manager, maintaining primary responsibility for technical procedures.

This full-time role may require travel to satellite clinics and requires formal health sciences training, medical assisting certification, CPR within 6 months, and completion of dermatology

Qualifications

• CPR certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Formal training indicated by a four-year degree in health sciences or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the patient care team and support dermatology providers.
• Perform various patient care activities and accommodative services for Clinic patients.
• Under supervision of the Clinical Manager, maintain primary responsibility for all technical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with patient management objectives and health plans.
