Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• RN license required for MO/IL/OK/WI or compact state.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient condition.
• Coordinates care across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses discharge planning needs with the health care team.
• May round with the physician in an inpatient setting.
• Applies evidence-based practice and ANA ethics in nursing care.
