Job summary
Schweiger Dermatology Group in New York seeks a dedicated Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider (NP/PA) with 1–2 years of dermatology experience to join our expanding team. You will deliver general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care across patient ages, while upholding HIPAA/OSHA standards and promoting a welcoming, professional environment.
Responsibilities include examining patients, diagnosing conditions, guiding treatments, monitoring progress, and prescribing medications.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
- Masters Degree from an accredited program.
- 1-2 years of Dermatology professional experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients.
- Examine, Diagnose and inform patients to determine dermatological treatments.
- Monitor and report on treatment progress.
- Prescribe medication.
