Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group seeks a dedicated Dermatology Advanced Practitioner (APRN/PA) with at least 1 year of dermatology experience to join our growing team across our extensive New York and New Jersey footprint. You will deliver general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care in a patient-centered environment, with extensive training in cosmetics offered.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Masters Degree from an accredited program
• 1-2 years of Dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care. Training in cosmetics is offered if interested.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care.
• Examine, Diagnose and inform patients to determine dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
