Schweiger Dermatology Group in New York seeks a Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with at least one year of dermatology experience to join our growing team. You will deliver general, surgical, and cosmetic skin care to patients of all ages, with opportunities for cosmetics training in a leading, patient-centered network.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Masters Degree from an accredited program.
• 1-2 years of Dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care.
• Group will offer extensive training in cosmetics if interested.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients.
• Examine, diagnose and inform patients to determine dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
