Responsibilities

• Performs history and physical examinations on new and return patients.
• Works in collaboration with physician in formulating treatment plans.
• Develops patient care plans within clinical nursing practice and medical care protocols.
• Reviews medications and assesses outcomes of care.
• Triages clinic calls and coordinates with providers.
