We are seeking a board-certified (or board-eligible) dermatologist who values patient-centered care, professional growth, and the ability to focus on areas of dermatology that matter most to them.

Position Highlights:

  • 100% physician-owned and operated – no private equity, no quotas
  • Design your own scope of practice – medical derm, surgical, cosmetic, or a mix
  • Full-time or part-time scheduling available

Practice Overview:

  • Two practice locations within a stable New England metro (1.2M+ residents)
  • Large patient backlog: see up to 45–55 patients per day at your comfort level
  • Highly experienced support staff with in-house billing and a centralized call center
  • EMR: Modernizing Medicine
  • Up to 10 excisions per week, ED&Cs, and over 100 biopsies monthly
  • Opportunities for leadership, academic collaboration, or research support

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Earning potential: $450,000–$600,000+ annually, based on experience and volume
