Job summary

iRecruitmd is seeking a Dermatologist to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology across pediatric to geriatric patients. You will diagnose, treat, and manage varied skin conditions, perform procedures, and collaborate with healthcare teams in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency program.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the practicing state.
  • DEA registration or eligibility.
  • Broad clinical expertise in dermatologic care.
  • Strong diagnostic and procedural skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
  • Dermatology clinical practice.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
  • Provide medical dermatology care for acute and chronic skin diseases.
  • Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and electrosurgery.
  • Diagnose and manage skin cancers and precancerous lesions.
  • Interpret pathology results and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide patient education on skin health, disease prevention, and sun protection.
  • Manage chronic dermatologic conditions through longitudinal care.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers and other specialists as needed.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record.
  • Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical education activities.

Job description

The Dermatologist provides comprehensive medical care for patients with diseases and conditions of the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes. This role includes the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic dermatologic conditions, preventive skin care, and procedural dermatology within a patient-centered, evidence-based practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions
