Job summary

Braintrust is seeking US-based practicing dermatologists to review AI-generated dermatology content, assess medical images for accuracy, safety and clinical usefulness, and provide structured feedback.

You will use your expertise to evaluate diagnoses and treatment plans, rate confidence, and help researchers improve AI performance through detailed notes and guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS or equivalent with dermatology specialization.
• Full medical licensure and current practice as a dermatologist in the United States.
• 5+ years of post-residency experience practising dermatology.
• Strong visual attention to detail and comfort reviewing sensitive or graphic medical images.
• Confidence using web-based evaluation tools, image zoom controls, detailed guidelines and structured questionnaires.

Bring your clinical expertise to the evaluation of AI in dermatology. We're looking for US-based, practising dermatologists to review medical images and AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety and clinical usefulness.

• Use your dermatology expertise to evaluate medical images, assess image quality and identify likely skin conditions where appropriate.
• Provide structured feedback, confidence ratings and explanations to help researchers improve AI performance.

What you'll bring

• An MD, MBBS or equivalent medical qualification with specialization in dermatology.
• Full medical licensure and current practice as a dermatologist in the United States.
• 5+ years of post-residency experience practising dermatology.
• Strong visual attention to detail and comfort reviewing sensitive or graphic medical images.
• Confidence using web-based evaluation tools, image zoom controls, detailed guidelines and structured questionnaires.

Experience in medical content review, clinical research, annotation or AI evaluation is helpful, but not required.

Project details

• Expected project duration: 12 weeks, with the first onboarding expected September 24.
• Required availability: 20, 30 or 40 hours per week, including at least four hours of overlap with Pacific business hours. Work volume depends on project needs.
• Contractor engagement. Selection includes a profile review and assessment.
• Candidate pay: $130.00 per hour.
