Job summary

Central Jersey Medical Center in New Jersey seeks a skilled Dermatologist to diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate has an MD or DO, board certification in Dermatology, and an active NJ license with experience in cosmetic dermatology and laser treatments.

The dermatologist will provide medical and cosmetic care, participate in continuing education, and collaborate with a diverse healthcare

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Dermatology or Fellowship training in dermatology is required.
• NJ Medical License with CDS & DEA is required.
• Experience with cosmetic dermatology and laser procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose skin disorders, diseases, and conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform dermatologic and cosmetic procedures (e.g., biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions).
• Conduct skin cancer screenings and perform preventive care
• Educate patients on skincare, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies
• Stay up to date with medical research, advancements, and continuing education

As a member of the Healthcare team, and lead by the Chief Medical Officer, the Dermatologist is vital to the successful completion of the organization goal. Each clinical team member receives performance measures and patient satisfaction results and is given the opportunity to participate in the development of a plan for improvement through regular QA meetings and or action plan development.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dermatologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions while providing personalized care and maintaining the highest level of clinical excellence. Cosmetic and procedural experience is highly valued.

The Dermatologist is directly responsible to the Chief Medical Officer of Central Jersey Medical Center, Inc.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• Board certified in Dermatology orBoard Certified in Family Medicine with Fellowship Training in Dermatology.
• Valid NJ Medical License. CDS & DEA
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Dedication to patient safety, confidentiality, and care quality
• Experience in cosmetic dermatology and laser procedures
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR-Athena) systems
• Interest in teledermatology or digital consultations (optional)
