Synectics Inc. in Metro Atlanta seeks an experienced Dermatologist to establish and lead a new Dermatology Department in a physician-owned, luxury practice. The role combines clinical dermatology with department-building and strategic growth across future locations.

The successful candidate will provide both general and cosmetic dermatology, develop workflows, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with other providers in a modern, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Residency trained in Dermatology.
• Board Certified in Dermatology; Board Eligible candidates may apply.
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Dermatology Department in a high-end practice.
• Provide general and cosmetic dermatology services.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions.
• Perform skin cancer screenings and biopsies.
• Develop department protocols, workflows, and clinical processes.
• Recruit, train, and mentor dermatology team members.
