Role Description

The Dermatologist at Housemed will provide comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services to patients in an on-site clinical setting in Deerfield Beach, FL. This full-time role includes conducting skin examinations, diagnosing and treating dermatologic conditions such as acne and other inflammatory or chronic skin disorders, and performing dermatologic procedures. The Dermatologist will also offer cosmetic dermatology services, including consultations and treatments aligned with patient goals, while maintaining a high standard of safety and quality. Daily responsibilities include documenting patient encounters, coordinating care with other medical professionals when appropriate, educating patients about skincare and treatment options, and contributing to a welcoming, respectful environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of skin conditions.
• Proficiency in Acne management and related therapeutic approaches, including both medical and procedural treatments.
• Knowledge and practical skills in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and procedure performance.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) from an accredited institution; completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology, and active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Florida.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently in a concierge care environment, demonstrate sound clinical judgment, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Experience in cosmetic procedures and interest in personalized, high-touch patient service are highly beneficial.
