Job summary

Key duties include statement generation, daily trade volumes, open position reporting, delivery confirmations, and ensuring proper trade setup and capture across supported exchanges. Collaboration with back office and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in futures industry operations within Listed Derivatives & cOTC client service.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Onboard US clients and manage trade-related queries via calls and emails.
• Coordinate with client services, trade support, trading desks globally.
• Ensure correct pre-trading setup through product mapping and client accounts.
• Resolve trade, settlement issues and regulatory/documentation needs.
• Support audits and maintain process documentation and checklists.
