Job summary

PNC is seeking a Capital Markets Associate - Derivatives Products Group to support marketing and execution of interest rate hedging solutions for corporate and institutional clients. Based in multiple U.S.

cities including New York, NY, this role involves onboarding, pricing, and collaboration across credit, legal, and settlements teams. Responsibilities include generating ideas, preparing materials, aiding trade bookings, and maintaining client relationships while ensuring risk and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in derivatives marketing and/or execution for corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of derivatives pricing and risk concepts.
• Familiarity with ISDA documentation and terms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across desks.

Responsibilities

• Generate trade ideas and prepare marketing materials for clients.
• Manage client onboarding, credit lines, ISDA documentation, and trade confirmations.
• Coordinate with Trading, Corporate Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, and Foreign Exchange.
• Support business development through market updates and post-trade follow-ups.
