Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking a Global Clearing Product Control – Associate within our Corporate & Investment Bank. You will own daily P&L and month-end close for the Clearing Desk and partner with desks and management to provide detailed financial analysis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience implementing and maintaining effective controls.

Responsibilities

• Own daily Profit & Loss and month-end close processes for the Clearing Desk.
• Provide detailed analysis and reporting on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management.
• Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new business initiatives.
• Coordinate across back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and timely.
• Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control.
• Ensure adherence to Corporate & Investment Bank product controller standards and remediate any gaps.
• Compile and distribute Management Information Systems to the business, including monthly financials and ad-hoc requests.
