Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Counseling or related field, with experience in higher education and Title IX processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, higher education or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in higher education, student affairs, student conduct, Title IX, counseling, or a related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Preferred: At least four years of professional experience in a higher education setting, particularly in student affairs, student conduct, Title IX, or related area.
• Experience with Title IX investigations, alternative resolution processes, or prevention and education programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work impartially with sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Train students and other campus constituents regarding their rights and responsibilities under Title IX.
• Develop, implement and deliver Title IX education and prevention programs campus-wide.
• Manage education events calendar and outreach campaigns.
• Facilitate alternative resolutions and conduct investigations.
• Remain current on Title IX issues via professional development.
• Participate in hearings, panels and appeals as required.
