ASRC Federal Communications seeks a Deputy Site Operations Manager for the ISS2 contract at Eareckson Air Station on Shemya Island, Alaska. The role leads facility operations, POL, logistics, and maintenance, directing a multi-disciplinary team to meet mission requirements.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, operations management, and safety program experience, with ability to coordinate with base tenants and government agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in management, project or business administration or science/technical fields.
• Four years of BOS project, program, or operations management experience may substitute for a degree.
• Two years of managerial experience leading a large multi-specialized workforce (>50 people) in base support services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility/utility operations and maintenance, POL, and logistics.
• Provide leadership, management, and technical direction to improve operations and guide workforce to deliver professional service with safety and quality.
• Direct contract activities through site leaders and set priorities for the site workforce.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, contract requirements, and legal regulations; promote safe practices.
