Job description

Perform a wide range of responsibilities to safeguard sensitive and classified information for both company and government entities. Provide oversight and management of mission support requirements, including facilities, food service, vehicle maintenance, and property. Supervise preventative and routine facilities maintenance, including enhancing facility improvements and expediting repairs. Cultivate and sustain partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to enhance collaboration and ensure alignment with project objectives. Develop and implement site-specific plans and schedules and assist with budget s. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Present a standard of company values and goals while delivering timely information to the company regarding issues detrimental to the mission. Operate independently while guiding and supervising team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, including leading cross-functional teams in the areas of food service, facilities, property, and vehicle maintenance
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • 1+ years of experience managing a varied team of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors within a contractual environment, including quality control measures and safety standards
  • Experience in the integration of multicultural environments and regulations through teamwork and so cia l interactions
  • Knowledge of Performance Work Statement ( PWS ) compliance
  • Knowledge of government property and procurement regulations, and the Federal Acquisition Regulations ( FAR )
  • Knowledge of best practices for employee relations, evaluation processes, performance documentation, and onboarding or offboarding procedures
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams of varied populations and cultures
  • Experience in the military
  • Ability to de-conflict and manage competing requirements
  • Ability to gather, consolidate, and organize strategic requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all stakeholders ranging from contractors to client senior military and civilian management
  • Possession of excellent presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Project Manager Professional ( PMP ) Certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
