Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must pass written, polygraph, physical or stress tests, and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform responsibilities of an Arizona peace officer.
• Attend AZPOST academy and complete training.
• Learn traffic and criminal laws and proper work habits.
• Produce clear reports with correct grammar and spelling.
• Perform duties including patrol, investigations, court procedures, and handling incidents.
