Qualifications

• Special Qualifications: Extensive background investigation; rotating shifts; on-call 24 hours; 40 hours of training per year.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for service and patrol assigned areas.
• Investigate accident scenes and prepare arrest records.
• Guard inmates in jail or on outside work crews per policy.
• Transport inmates between jail facilities and for appearances.
• Handle civil and criminal warrants as court agent.
• Perform security and courtroom processing tasks to maintain order.
