Job summary

The Mahnomen County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for an immediate full-time Deputy Sheriff position. The pay ranges from $29.55 to $39.29 per hour, with additional overtime opportunities (AIS, ATV, Boat/Water, Snowmobile Enforcement) and a $1.25 evening shift differential. Benefits are competitive, and a take-home squad car is provided. A $3,000 signing bonus is paid in two installments at 6 months and 1 year.

Ability to increase salary via overtime (AIS, ATV, Boat and Water and Snowmobile Enforcement) and $1.25 hourly differential for evening shifts. Mahnomen County offers a $ 1,500.00 hiring bonus after 6 months and an additional $ 1,500.00 after 1 year of service.
