The Bartholomew County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking candidates for the position of Felony Deputy Prosecuting Attorney (Levels 1-6). This position will be a full-time county employee with benefits. The position also allows for some flexibility to work remotely.

Base Salary Range: $86,989-$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence and a license to practice law in the state of Indiana
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience practicing criminal law
• Courtroom and jury trial experience
• Familiarity with INPCMS
• Insurance: Eligible full-time employees may participate in Bartholomew County benefit plans, including medical/health insurance and dental, vision, and life insurance, with dependent coverage available subject to plan terms. Employee premiums, deductibles, plan options, and County contributions are governed by the County's current benefit plans.
